The Challenge
Operating a 27,000 m² facility with a 24-hour hospital and more than 40 professionals requires a steady flow of donations. Instituto Caramelo's challenge was to transform a manual, bureaucratic process — donating tax receipts without a CPF — into a fast, scalable digital experience capable of turning small everyday gestures into vital resources for the NGO's operations.
Our Solution
We developed a mobile solution (iOS and Android) focused on utility and conversion. The core feature is a receipt scanning and submission engine: users simply photograph the QR code on their receipt and automatically allocate the credits to the Institute. We built an interface that simplifies registration and engagement, allowing technology to act as the main financial bridge between society and care for rescued animals.
