The Challenge
The pet care market lacked a solution that went beyond administrative management, integrating the owner's experience with the daily operations of businesses. The challenge was to create a platform that unified service booking, pet wellness tracking, and social interaction within a community passionate about pets — all in a single environment.
Our Solution
We combined our expertise in UI, UX, and software engineering to develop Pongo for iOS and Android. We designed a complete solution where pet shops and pet hotels can connect with their customers in a practical, innovative way. The app lets owners keep a pet diary, track activity performance, purchase products, and book services — all integrated with a social layer that enables interaction between owners.
